This collector's item is equipped with a flying tourbillon movement. The production of this movement is a challenge for every manufacturer.
The dial is fine guilloched. Through an opening in the dial you can see the tourbillon cage. The watch glass is made out of sapphire.

Technic:
To correct barycenter errors, in 1801 Breguet integrated the escapement system into a slight pivot mounting. This is also called cage or latern. This cage is assembled to the drive of the fourth wheel. This provides the axis of pivot mounting. The cage itself rotates one time each 60 seconds.
The bottom is screwed and also made out of high quality stainless steel. The integrated glass in the bottom is made out of sapphire. A small hour hand is located at 12. The minute hand is in central position. The back of the movement is wave grinded.
